The fee for the consultation must be paid in full ahead of the scheduled time. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice with the consultation details and payment instructions. Payment is required to secure your slot.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my consultation?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. I’ll do my best to find another suitable time. Short-notice cancellations may be non-refundable, but feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help where I can.
